During these unprecedented times, IMG Replay wanted to let you know, while our commercial, production and technical teams are all working safely at home around the world, IMG Replay remains fully operational and we are here to support all Customers and Partners during this period.
IMGReplay.com is cloud-based and can still be accessed securely and reliably from any remote location with an internet connection - ensuring all members of your teams have access to over 30,000 hours of archive footage and programming, to research, clip and order with all available media delivered online, regardless of location. With archive dating back to 1898 and new content onboarded to IMGReplay.com daily from SNTV, we hope to be able to cater for all your requirements. Q - “Are you operating normally and is IMG Replay still open for business?”
A – Yes, whilst we are all working remotely we are still fully operational and continue to support our partners and customers throughout this period from our homes.
Q - “If I have an urgent request, should I expect a delay in response?”
A – We will always strive to limit any delays but please mark your request as URGENT in the subject and we will strive to respond to your request as soon as possible.
Q – “I can’t see the archive content I’m looking for online?”
A – If you require content that is not currently viewable on IMGReplay.com, please send your request through to email@example.com and we will advise on a case by case basis. In such cases where the content is only available on tape or physical storage drives, there may be a delay in sourcing and delivery of desired media but we will keep you informed throughout the process and communicate any likely time frames once known. Fees may be applicable.
Q – “We are entitled to selected long-form programming under an existing rights agreement - how do we access clean long-form high resolution media under our current agreements?”
A – Please add all required clips, long-form programming or full matches to collection/s and submit via 'Enquire'. Upon receipt, our research team will arrange delivery or advise suitable timeframes as soon as possible, if you have any queries about a recent enquiry, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q – “Are there rights restrictions on use of archive content available on this website?”
A – All archive use is subject to rights holder approval, and clean, unwatermarked media can only be delivered on request in line with your license agreement. Please contact your usual IMG contact to discuss your options or reach out to your local IMG Replay contact here. We appreciate this is a challenging time for many and IMG will continue to provide support across both access, rights and production resource during this period and beyond.
Q – “We have independent programming that we can provide and/or license to broadcasters – what can we do?”
A – Please get in touch with our team here and we will aim to connect you to relevant parties on a case by case basis.
